Appointment Policy

Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, cash, personal checks, and Care Credit.

Patient Arrival Policy

If you are new to our office, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment so we can serve you more efficiently.

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
